Terms of Service & Liability Release

1. Service Overview & Pricing

Trash Can Caddie provides a scheduled "to-curb and back" porter service for residential waste bins.

• Standard Service: $50/month (Includes 2 bins; $5/month per additional bin).

• Estate Service: $60/month (Includes up to 4 bins).

• Senior (60+): $45/month.

• Vacation/One-Time: $15 per visit.

• Payments: Subscriptions are billed monthly. No setup fees are required.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure consistent service, the customer agrees to:

• Provide Access: Ensure porters have an unobstructed, unlocked path to the bins.

• Safety: Keep pets restrained and paths clear of trip hazards or debris.

• Timing: Ensure bins are accessible by the evening before your scheduled pickup day.

3. Liability Release & Property Damage

Trash Can Caddie and its porters take extreme care with your property. However, by using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Normal Wear & Tear: We are not responsible for the natural degradation of trash bins (e.g., broken wheels, cracked lids, or failing handles) or minor scuffs to driveways/surfaces resulting from standard bin movement.

• Inclement Weather: We are not liable for bins tipped over by high winds or scattered debris after we have placed them at the curb or returned them to their storage area.

• Third-Party Misses: We are not responsible if the municipal waste provider (e.g., Waste Management) fails to empty a bin due to it being overweight, containing prohibited items, or being missed by their truck.

4. Cancellations & Service Adjustments

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for partial months are not provided, but service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Skipped Service: If a porter cannot safely access your bins (due to aggressive pets, locked gates, or hazardous paths), the service will be skipped for that visit without a refund.

5. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trash Can Caddie from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the service, except in cases of proven gross negligence by our staff.
